twenty groups

A 20 Group is a group of dealers, no more than 20, working cooperatively together to build profitability through shared experiences, shared problem solutions, shared ideas and shared operating data. A 20 Group is a self-help activity.

Like most businesses, equipment dealers usually know if they’re doing okay. That’s a simple measurement. The bottom line. If it’s black, you’re making money; if it’s red, you’re losing money. Simple? Sure…if you are content with just doing okay! But if you are going to succeed in the equipment business today, just staying in the black isn’t enough. Can you answer the questions “How do I know if I’m doing as well as I should be?” Successful dealers all over the U.S. and Canada are finding the answer to this question through participation in a Dealer 20 Group.
