The programs and services of Midwest-SouthEastern Equipment Dealers Association are made available to the membership of the organization through the efforts of a devoted group of volunteer officers and directors working with and through the Association’s CEO and staff.
The three officers and four directors are elected during the Associations annual meeting. Directors are elected through staggered terms. The Chairman and Vice Chairman serve one-year terms. All the officers and directors are dealer members of the Association.
The Board of Directors meets three times during the year to conduct the business of the Association and work with the organization’s staff in developing and implementing the programs offered by the Association to its membership.
